Effective UV-C Sterilization
The essential step is the sterilization or surface disinfection of the mattress. Our UV-C system effectively eliminates the bacteria, viruses, germs, etc. found in mattresses, carpets and upholstered furniture. Chemically resistant pathogens are also killed and all without the use of chemicals. This is made possible by the extremely high wattage and radiant power of the built-in Purion UV-C lamps “Made in Germany”.
Advanced Safety
The electronic ballast ensures the correct frequency and voltage with which the Purion UV-C tubes achieve two and a half times the radiation yield and thus a better disinfection effect compared to conventional UV-C tubes of the same design. Another very important point is device security. The specially installed splinter protection prevents the release of glass splinters in the event of damage.
99.97% Efficiency
Microorganisms are stopped from growing. The UV-C tube is super effective, up to 99.97%. The strong germ-killing power comes from short-wave, high-energy light at 253 nanometers. This quickly disinfects without odors or pollution.
Our special patented cleaning system uses just physical disinfection. It works great for mattresses, high-end carpets, and sofa tops. After we sterilize, a Kirby vacuum cleans deep. This is easy because the light and vacuum work together in one machine
Disinfection Stages
As a result, the MattPro® mattress cleaning system can be said to be a two-stage process. The previously killed viruses, bacteria and mites, their excrement and dust can be removed from the textile without the use of chemicals. The air flow generated by the vacuum cleaner with a vibrating head and a soft brush roller shakes the fabric of the mattress and pulverizes dust, mites and their excrement. The powerful Kirby vacuum removes almost all foreign body particles that have accumulated on and in the textile.
Using the powerful HEPA filters along with vacuum suction and vibration allow us to deep clean the mattress for up to 12 cm after disinfection.
